Tania Gorry established Whole Warrior Solutions in 2018, bringing over two decades of experience in child protection and community services. With a wealth of knowledge in assisting vulnerable individuals and families through counselling, program management, mediation, recovery coaching, and more, Tania is dedicated to enhancing lives through tailored therapeutic support, group activities, retreats, and professional development.
Beyond her professional expertise, Tania's personal background as a foster carer, passion for plant-based nutrition, commitment to self-development, interest in higher consciousness, and love for animals shape her holistic approach. Drawing from a diverse career spanning business marketing and social welfare, Tania also mentors business owners and engages in community initiatives.
Tania's qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science, Associate Diploma of Community Services, and various certifications. Her intuitive and integrated approach incorporates strength-based, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and person-centered methods to support individuals effectively.

Deborah is our consultant who does our bookkeeping, BAS and facilitates two of our finance workshops. Deborah is a Director and founder of Figures and Faces Pty Ltd in South-West Sydney. Deb commenced her business as a sole-trader bookkeeper in 2001 and now has clients internationally. Deb has also been instrumental in Whole Warrior Solutions business growth.
Deborah attained a Certificate III in Accounts Administration and Certificate IV in Accounting. She is
also a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and a Registered BAS Agent. Deborah brings diligence, efficiency, a passion for the work and respect for her client to every session. She has a wealth of small business experience and has rescued many business owners from bookkeeping chaos!

- 'Whole Warrior Workshop' for NDIS Participants. In the workshop module ‘Budgeting For Success’ you can tap into Deb’s expertise in money management, and gain control of your finances using her simple budgeting strategy.
- Deb is also proud to facilitate the 'Bookkeeping and Business Compliance Workshop' for business owners and NDIS providers at Whole Warrior Network ImmersION events. In this 1.5 hour face to face workshop business owners will become more confident about workplace financial obligations and ATO reporting requirements. Figures combine with faces to ensure our workshops are interactive and fun!
