We are a boutique team of dedicated and passionate professionals committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. Our mission is to provide holistic, ethical, responsible, and knowledgeable support to individuals who live with disabilities and their families.
At Whole Warrior Solutions, we understand that each person's journey is unique. That's why we offer a wide range of delivery methods for our Coordination of Support services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our owner is a mental health professional who provides support connection, coordination of disability supports, psychosocial recovery coaching and capacity building mentoring.
We have extensive experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and their families, including support for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression and other challenges that can arise after surviving trauma and chronic stress.
Our coordinator also has specialised experience developmental disabilities and can provide guidance, advocacy*, and support for individuals and families navigating complex systems of care in the foster care field and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Our owner Tania Gorry is an intuitive coordinator, who has lived and worked on the beautiful Darkinjung Country on the Central Coast NSW for nearly two decades. Tania brings a wealth of local knowledge regarding services and offers home visiting and face to face sessions in north Wyong. Sessions are also available via telehealth, phone or walk and talk on Darkinjung or Awabakal Country.

What is Support Coordination?
A Support Coordinator works with you to implement your NDIS funds through support establishment. Assisting to engage providers, ensuring choice and control, and matching supports for the individual. Working to build capacity, providing information to best understand different providers, working with you to identify and meet your needs. Linking you with Government agencies, mainstream community and other services in the community to increase independence and achieve plan goals.

Reviewing Service agreements, allocation of funds and support design
Supporting to access and find eligible services outside of the NDIS
Building understanding of your plan and funding
Communication with providers
Reporting to the NDIA
Mitigating arising problems
Submission of change in circumstances
Home Modifications (as we specialise in psychosocial disabilities we may refer out for home mods)
Mainstream medical supports or other health services to meet your needs.
We serve self and plan managed NDIS participants.

*Whilst advocacy is not funded under Support Coordination, we do believe it forms an integral part of role modelling self-advocacy skills. However, for complex advocacy matters we refer clients to a free Disability Advocate.

NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
We understand that activating and unlocking your NDIS plan's potential can be overwhelming at times. That's why we offer the services of a psychosocial recovery coach, who will play a vital role in helping you achieve your goals. Our recovery coach is a peer worker with mental health knowledge, who will take the time to get to know you and understand your needs. With their help, you can find out about different services and supports that can help you get support from mental health services.
Our recovery coach has over 20 years of experience in complex case management, strength-based and trauma-informed practice. We take pride in offering excellent person-centred empowerment without judgement in our service delivery. Our services are funded under the NDIS Category: Support Coordination - Psychosocial Recovery Coaching Support item 07_101_0106_6_3. We also offer flexible schedules, with services available on days, evenings, weekends, and even public holidays upon request.
Our services may include trauma-informed home visiting, person-centred wellbeing plans, suicide prevention plans, peer support, casework, information, and referrals. We will work with your supports, family and friends to empower your wellness in a holistic manner if desired. We serve NDIS self-managed or plan managed participants and our prices may be subject to change per the NDIS pricing arrangements guide. Private funding is also welcome, with GST added to the final price.
