Are you an NDIS™️ Participant who has tried Psychosocial Recovery Coaching but feel you are in need of a more in-depth service? This training workshop is for you! It is also ideal for survivors of adverse childhood experiences, survivors of trauma including domestic violence, people living with disabilities who are processing grief around their loss of functional capacity for daily living, those living with dual diagnosis (alcohol and other drug addictions and a mental health disorder), parents who have had their children removed, and or people who live with a mental illness.
Or perhaps you are an NDIS™️ Provider or Support Coordinator working with a client with complex needs? Are support workers becoming overwhelmed and burnt-out from supporting clients who present as stuck and or manifesting self-sabotaging behaviours? Refer an NDIS™️ participant today to empower them in achieving their NDIS™️ goals.
Payments accepted:
Delivered face to face on the Central Coast or Australia wide virtually for individuals aged 16+. Your disability support worker or carer may attend the workshop sessions with you to provide support and learning assistance.
Add on counselling sessions for added support throughout the program and embed your learning.

- Understanding grief & loss.
- Coping in a crisis & recovery planning
- Mindfulness, meditation and sound frequencies - overcoming worry, rumination & reducing the impact of anxiety and depression.
- Understanding relationships & making friends.
- Communication styles & boundaries.
- Stress, emotions & self-regulation. Managing triggers around trauma, addiction, mental health and dual diagnosis.
- Self-esteem & self-care.
- Dealing with government agencies including child protection, justice, corrections & providers. Preparing for successful child contact visits.
- Budgeting for success (this session is delivered by a qualified & experienced bookkeeper)
- Protective behaviours & consent. Reduce risk of sexual assault and increase your parenting capacity.
- Vision board & future focus.
